St. Clair Property Management is a full service property management company with over 40 years experience in the professional management of mobilehome and recreational vehicle parks. We have operated in California during that time, and are familiar with the regulations of the state. We manage properties owned by Counties as well as private investors. We are a family owned and operated firm that offers dedicated, personal service.
President and CEO
Vernon is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and member of the National Association of Realtors, holding the designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member and Certified Property Manager. He is also a licensed mobilehome dealer, operating under the business name American Dream Home Sales. He is also a member of a number of real estate associations that specialize in mobilehome and recreational vehicle parks.
Vice President of Operations
Dana is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker and has a mobilehome salesperson's license as well. She is certified by the state of California as a Water Treatment Operator, and has a Bachelor's degree in Business from California Sate University, Long Beach.
Sharon Mc Daniel

Sharon is a licensed California Real Estate Broker as well as a licensed mobilehome salesperson. She holds the designation of Accredited Residential Manager with the National Association of Realtors. She also holds two Bachelor's degrees in business and finance from California State University, Long Beach and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management.
Both Dana and Sharon have been managing residential properties, commercial centers, mobilehome and recreational vehicle parks for our company for the past 23 years, and our father, Vernon, has been in the business for well over 30 years. Our office is located in Fountain Valley, California, however, we have serviced properties throughout California from South San Diego to the Bay Area and as far east as Blythe.
